Central Connecticut State University
Didactic courses are taught at Central Connecticut State University (CCSU)

Mission:
CCSU’s Doctor of Nurse Anesthesia Practice (DNAP) program was created in response to critical workforce needs: not only is the demand for nurse anesthesia practitioners expected to increase dramatically in the coming years, but also, beginning in 2025, all entry-level nurse anesthetists must possess a doctoral degree in anesthesia.

Central Connecticut State University is a community of learners dedicated to teaching and preparing students to be thoughtful, responsible, and successful citizens. As a comprehensive public university, they provide broad access to quality degree programs at the baccalaureate, master’s, and doctoral levels. Located in New Britain, Connecticut, CCSU is the largest of the four Connecticut State universities, serving nearly 12,500 students, including 10,000 undergraduates and 2,500 graduate students.
