IAA’s Hartford County Division Research Department is excited to announce its latest achievement in anesthesia research – A Retrospective Study on Rectus Sheath Block for Open Aortic Abdominal Surgeries.
Published in The Annals of Vascular Surgery on April 30th, 2023, this study highlights the effectiveness of rectus sheath blocks in reducing postoperative pain, opioid usage, and length of stay in open vascular surgeries.
