IAA’s Annual Cadaver Regional Anesthesia Course

Excellence in action! On Sunday, October 22, 2023, Drs. Vlad Frenk and Theresa Bowling presented their annual Cadaver Regional Anesthesia Course, bringing together Quinnipiac University medical students, IAA Regional Anesthesia Fellows, and IAA staff physicians. This uniquely comprehensive course featured didactics, gross anatomy dissection, and hands-on ultrasound-guided regional anesthesia training.

“We’re immensely grateful to the Frank H. Netter School of Medicine for generously providing their gross anatomy lab,” stated Dr. Bowling. “We’d like to extend a special thanks to our talented regional fellows, Drs. Andrew Ferrante and Jordon Cieply, for their invaluable assistance in training attendees in ultrasound techniques.”

IAA’s commitment to providing and engaging in ongoing, intensive anesthesia training and education is a hallmark of our success, and we thank Drs. Vlad Frenk and Theresa Bowling for their endless dedication to anesthesia excellence.
