IAA’s Mission of Research, Education, and Action for Community Health (R.E.A.C.H)

The principles of R.E.A.C.H are integral to quality improvement, community engagement, research, education, and leadership in medicine. In regard to these strategic imperatives for anesthesiology practices, R.E.A.C.H principles reinforce IAA’s mission to provide high-quality patient care and leadership that is actualized through multi-disciplinary professional collaboration, a commitment to excellence in professionalism and patient care, and meaningful engagement in the priorities of our patient communities, clients, and business partners.

R.E.A.C.H principles are integral to IAA’s approach to creating value for its internal and external corporate relationships.

The Four Pillars of R.E.A.C.H

IAA’s mission and actions related to R.E.A.C.H are organized around four distinct pillars. Our comprehensive and unique community-based approach turns thoughts and words into action that makes a difference.

From research and hands-on education to community engagement to professional development, IAA’s R.E.A.C.H program provides ongoing opportunities that teach, foster and support diversity, equity, and inclusion.
