Since joining the practice in December of 2018, I have had the honor of working with some outstanding people from across our organization.
Our team is made up some of the most kind and caring people that I have ever had the pleasure of knowing and working with. They care about the patients, the surgeons that they work with, the other members of their clinical and non-clinical teams, their friends, families, and colleagues, and they care about making IAA one of the top hybrid academic and independent physician-owned practices in the country.
In joining IAA, I never would have thought that shortly afterward, our practice & clinical team and people throughout the world would have faced an international pandemic, however the horror of COVID brought to light the true beauty of our team.
Our team faced an unknown, invisible, and extremely deadly virus, and they did so with courage and steadfast resolve. They never complained but in much the same way as the firefighters ran into the Twin Towers on 9/11, they stood up to the greatest challenge of our lifetime, and they did so fearlessly.
