On May 14, IAA Partners proudly marked a major milestone with the graduation of the inaugural cohort of the IMPACT Leadership Track — Integrating Medicine, Purpose, and Action through Collaborative Thinking.

This nine-month program, developed in collaboration with UConn GME, brought together 11 outstanding trainees representing 7 medical specialties. Through a combination of structured learning and real-world application, participants engaged in a purpose-driven curriculum focused on leadership development, interprofessional collaboration, and systems-based impact.

In addition to completing the core curriculum, each participant led a scholarly activity that demonstrated meaningful contributions to their clinical departments and to the broader academic community.

We extend our sincere congratulations to the first IMPACT graduates. Their leadership, initiative, and commitment to advancing healthcare embody the core mission of IAA Partners.

We look forward to continuing this important work with future cohorts as we prepare the next generation of leaders in academic medicine.
