Prolonged Treatment of Inappropriate Sinus Tachycardia with Continuous Stellate Ganglion Blockade: A Case Report

We are thrilled to share the exciting news that our manuscript, titled “Prolonged Treatment of Inappropriate Sinus Tachycardia with Continuous Stellate Ganglion Blockade: A Case Report” has been published in Journal of Anesthesia & Analgesia Practice (part of International Anesthesia Research Society IARS) on January 1, 2025.

The findings indicate that both single-injection and continuous infusion of stellate ganglion neuro-modulatory approaches could potentially offer longer-lasting symptom relief and heart rate control for individuals with refractory Inappropriate Sinus Tachycardia (IST) or contraindications to conventional treatment modalities. Please join us in congratulating Dr. Kainkaryam, Dr. Finkel, 2024 regional anesthesia fellows, and our dedicated research team on this valuable contribution to regional anesthesia field. Additionally, we would like to acknowledge Sarah Vincze for her exceptional contributions in drafting this manuscript.
