UConn Adult Cardiothoracic Anesthesiology Fellows Shine at SCA Annual Meeting

Matthew DeMatteo, DO, and Darren Lasko, MD, both fellows of the UConn Adult Cardiothoracic Anesthesiology program, showcased their dedication to advancing cardiovascular anesthesiology at this year’s Society of Cardiovascular Anesthesiologists (SCA) Annual Meeting in Toronto, CA. Amidst a backdrop of multidisciplinary panels and cutting-edge workshops, DeMatteo and Lasko stood out with their pioneering poster presentations.

The annual SCA meeting provides attendees with the opportunity to immerse themselves in a wealth of multidisciplinary panels and hands-on workshops led by experts in the field of cardiology.
