“Unanticipated Pericardial Breach and Surgicel Migration in Morgagni Hernia” This case study underscores the importance of vigilant intraoperative monitoring, especially in high-risk surgeries, and highlights the crucial role of anesthesiologists in identifying and initiating rapid interventions.
