“Unanticipated Pericardial Breach and Surgicel Migration in Morgagni Hernia” This case study underscores the importance of vigilant intraoperative monitoring, especially in high-risk surgeries, and highlights the crucial role of anesthesiologists in identifying and initiating rapid interventions. This study will be presented by Grace Orben, Haleh Saadat, MD, FAAP, and Nomita Bhawal, MD, FASA, FASE.
